Supervisor - Robotics Planning Long Beach, CA Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of Sales and Marketing experience. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications. Responsibilities will include developing and supervising the Product Management infrastructure for robotic products in the United States. Working with the Sales Manager to develop sales objectives and marketing strategies for the assigned products and markets. Developing and maintaining our lead databases and managing the expansion of new leads. Overseeing and providing support to customers, including but not limited to, shipping, order tracking, service support, etc. Maintaining and supporting key OEM and internal customers with respect to product planning development, accounts receivables, field support, etc. Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers to ensure our products and services meet the customer's expectations. Supervising staff and assisting in all administrative duties of the department such as the creation and tracking of budgets, ensuring all forecasts and sales reports are completed in a timely manner, monitoring the success of marketing programs, and reviewing profitability of the department. Directing market research activity for assigned products.
