DENSO Robotics Launches New Online Customer Support Section
LONG BEACH, Calif. — DENSO Robotics announced a new Customer Support section on its company website at www.densorobotics.com/support/faq.

In addition to offering complete contact information for the DENSO Robotics Sales & Customer Service Center, Repair & Service Center, and Applications Support regional offices, the new website section features a robot service FAQ, how-to videos and a variety of downloadable materials, including product information sheets, installation guides, user manuals, legacy-model information and white papers.
Also featured are interactive and downloadable versions of the latest DENSO product catalog, with detailed descriptions, specifications and schematics for all robot models.
In addition to offline programming, WINCAPS III enables remote monitoring of workcell operations, via realtime I/O status indicators and detailed control logs.
