Overview
We understand the importance of product training. That is why we offer you comprehensive operator, programming and maintenance training for all our robots. Courses are available for end-users, DENSO-approved Distributors and System integrators (DENSO and DENSO affiliates should contact the DENSO E&D center for all robot-related training). We have fully equipped training facilities at our main service center, which is centrally located in Cincinnati, Ohio., as well as at our satellite center in Long Beach, California. On-site training at your location can also be arranged.
Our training courses feature:
- Friendly, knowledgeable and experienced trainers
- Dedicated classrooms
- Dedicated training robots (no more than two students per robot)
- Dedicated computer workstations and offline simulation software
Our small class sizes and low student-to-trainer ratios make learning easier and more effective. Students benefit from a variety of classroom sessions, computer-workstation interaction and hands-on robot training. Students who successfully complete their courses receive official DENSO factory training certification.
DENSO Robotics has restarted in-person training at our facilities. For the safety of our customers and associates, we will continue to closely monitor the situation and make adjustments as necessary. Our class sizes will be limited to enforce safety protocols with respect to the Coronavirus. All students are asked to bring face masks; and will go through a mandatory temperature screening, and given a brief questionnaire to determine if they currently have, or have been in proximity to, someone who has COVID-19. Any persons who exhibit such symptoms, have been in contact with someone who has, or with a temperature above 100.3°F will not be permitted access to the facility. Our facilities are practicing enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures, as well as offering additional hand washing and sanitization stations.
During this period, we encourage you to review our growing Knowledge Base of online support material, as well as DENSO WAVE robot website for access to online manuals and resources. We also have our YouTube channel with a growing number of support and how-to videos. If you have any questions regarding training, click on the Registration link above and complete our form. The availability of our classes and the number of students will be updated to remain compliant with DENSO’s safety policy with respect to the Coronavirus. Please revisit this website for updates.
