  • Preventive maintenance and inspection

Advanced Robot Programming and Operation

Basic class, or equivalent experience is required for this course.  This course is recommended for Programmers, Machine Builders, and System Integrators.

Day 2
  • Motion skip
  • Panel Designer

4-Axis Robot Maintenance

Day 1
  • Motor-replacement procedure
  • Belt-replacement procedure
  • Brake-replacement procedure (HS series only)
  • Power-converter-board replacement procedure

Day 2
  • Controller and robot replacement procedure
  • Calibration procedure (Calset)
  • Controller-component replacement procedure
  • Limited major error-code troubleshooting procedure

6-Axis Robot Maintenance

Day 1
  • Motor-replacement procedure
