VLA Series

The new VLA series is the largest unit in our 6-axis family of robots. With the longest arm reach and highest payload of all DENSO robots, the VLA series is perfect for palletizing, packaging, and material handling operations. Standard units come with an IP65 protection grade and the wrist with an IP67. 3D visual programming on WINCAPS Plus enables easy and rapid production system launch. With the addition of the VLA large robot, all manufacturing processes can now be automated by DENSO Robotics.

VM Series

The VM Series 6-axis articulated robots offer high speed and repeatability along with a large, 13 kg maximum payload capacity. In addition, their maximum allowable moment of inertia is 2.5 times greater than conventional robots, allowing more flexibility in end-effector designs and a wider range of applications. A slim, 130-mm-wide arm and long, 1,000- to 1,300-mm reach make it possible for these robots to reach around tooling or into deep, narrow spaces, such as plastic injection molds, without interfering with peripheral equipment. ANSI and CE compliance allows global deployment. Standard and ISO 5 (class 100) cleanroom models are available.

VM Series

VMB Series

The new VMB series represent some of the newest members to our six-axis family of robots. These high-performance, versatile units offer a longer arm reach and a higher load capacity than traditional models which make VMB an excellent solution for palletizing, packaging, and material handling. New features include greater air piping, valve and signal line options, as well as new programming options with state-of-the-art functions using our new WINCAPS Plus software. VMB offer an IP67 protection grade along with meeting ISO Class 5, which makes them suitable for electric parts, food manufacturing processes, and pharmaceutical and medical devices. With the addition of the new VMB large robot, all manufacturing processes can now be automated by DENSO Robotics.

VP Series

The ultracompact VP Series 6-axis articulated robots offer the highest speed and repeatability in their class. Their small footprint of only 160 x 160 mm (200 mm dia. for the aseptic models) saves valuable facility space and makes integration easy, yet despite their size, they have a large payload capacity. In addition, their highly efficient motors use a maximum of only 80 W of power each, and all motors combined use a maximum of only 300 W, resulting in significant energy savings. The VP Series robots are ANSI and CE compliant, making them suitable for global deployment.

      VSG Series

      The VSG Series 6-axis articulated robots combine high speed and repeatability with powerful load-handling capability. They have a 7 kg maximum payload capacity and a maximum allowable moment of inertia (0.295 kgm²; at J4 and J5, and 0.045 kgm2 at J6) that is 2.5 times greater than conventional robots. This enables flexible end-effector designs and a wide range of applications. In addition, the VS-Series footprint is only 200 x 200 mm, facilitating integration. The VSG Series is ANSI and CE compliant, making it suitable for global deployment. UL-listed models are available for both the U.S. and Canada.
